Marjorie
Wilkins was born in 1923, the fourth of the six children of Herbert George
Wilkins (1888-1951) and his wife Mary Allan Wilkins nee Kennedy (1889-1967).
Herbert was a brother of my grandmother Gertrude Amy Taylor nee Wilkins
(1890-1919). Marjorie was a cousin of my father Eric William Taylor (1913-2003).
Marjorie
married George Frederick Marsh at All Saints Church, Upper Belvedere on 23
August 1947. This Anglican church is close to 60 Stapley Road, where Marjorie
was living with her parents.
